Log in, click on the link to the Intake Form, complete it, and save/submit.
The Intake will allow us to assign a specialized therapist and begin the process of customizing your Therapy Program(s)
Within up to 5 business days after sending the Intake Form, the complete documentation for your customized Therapy Program(s) will be provided in a secure digital library. Then you can review the program(s) and prepare for a live video chat with the designated therapist
A supervisor Therapist will send you a Notification requesting confirmation of attendance for the Live Video Chat with your assigned specialized Therapist
The Live Video Q&A Session with your specialized Therapist is the perfect time for your questions and clarifications. It will allow us to adjust and fully customize your Therapy Program(s). All live video chats are recorded and available in your secure digital library, for you to review whenever you want.
Your customized Therapy Program(s) includes 3 Live Video Chats with your Therapist, 15 to 30 minutes each, during which your progress will be monitored for the first 3 months. In addition to the included Video Chats, your Therapist will always be available for additional sessions whenever necessary.
